Edward Dellheim is the founder and executive director of The Abaco Group, LLC, a boutique management consulting firm that enables organizations to connect strategy to structure, galvanize teams and drive results. He is a roll-up-your-sleeves leader with a proven ability to identify and drive strong, sustained contributions to revenue, profit and productivity.

Edward leads teams that help organizations transform by launching successful new products and geographies, optimizing operations and processes, mitigating risks, improving M&As and managing highly engaged, global teams to make it all happen. He has been an entrepreneur, an intrapreneur, a corporate officer and a key contributor. He is personally committed to having a positive and lasting impact and a strong proponent of driving strategies that are practicable.

Prior to establishing The Abaco Group, Edward was a Client Director, Financial Services for Point B. Previously, he was a Director of Midwest Corporates with Chatham Financial, a global advisory and accounting firm and was a Principal and Chicago Market Financial Services Leader with North Highland Consulting. He has also worked as a Manager for KPMG Advisory in their Business Process Improvement practice and for Novantas Consulting in their Strategy practice.

Edward has an MBA (with honors) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a concentration in Strategic Management and a BA in Rhetoric from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a candidate Executive Scholar in Leadership from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
